Prajay allots shares on conversion of FCCBs» Prajay
The allotment committee meeting of Prajay on Feb. 25, 2008 allotted 7,602,315 equity shares to Goldman Sachs International (223,269 shares), Deutsche Bank AG London (223,269 shares), CLSA (Mauritius) (1,361,942). Prajay has also allotted shares to Lehman Brothers Intl Europe (457,701) and Dexia Investor Services Trust (5,336,134), on conversion of 3,405 foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs).

Prajay Engineers approves FII investment» Prajay
Prajay, at its EGM held on Feb. 22, 2008, received members’ approval for investment in the equity shares of the company by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) including their sub-accounts registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India upto an aggregate limit of 100% of the paid-up equity share capital of the company, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
