Growth at Prajay is a function of constant change.
From starting out as a low-cost housing company, we have now diversified into Hospitality, IT Parks, Industrial Parks, speciality retail and other commercial construction ventures.
From creating small apartment blocks and townships, we have graduated to building the blueprint for one of the biggest large format, integrated mixed development and mutilocational townships.
From being Hyderabad-focused, we are rapidly extending our footprint to other emerging metros and Tier II cities.
The benefits of this transition are reflected in the diverse nature of the more than 35 projects we are presently working on. These include several high end residential apartments and townships, three 5 Star hotels, three business class hotels and an 18 hole PAGA championship class golf course and several retail and entertainment complexes. We are also creating India’s first exclusive AutoPolis, an end to end retailing space for holistic automotive solutions. All these projects are in locations that we identified early on as the hub of future development, and are thus strategic investment locations today.
Little surprise then, that we are developing almost 18 million square feet over the next three years. Compare this to the 4.5 million square feet we have delivered so far over a period of 20 years and you get a perspective of the exciting future we envisage for ourselves.
