Project Planning and Execution

Senior Project Engineer

  • First Class Civil Engineers/ Architecture Graduates from a reputed Institution/ University. 
  • Candidates with the knowledge of using Primevera, MS office, Q4-Estimates, STAAD PRO, Revitt and Auto CAD are preferred.

Sr. Engineer-Maintenance

  • B.Tech/ B.E-Electrical/ Mechanical with experience in maintenance activities of gated community/ residential/ commercial complexes.
  • Should have rich experience in HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, Fire frightening system, DG, Transformers, Lifts etc.

Manager/ Planning Manager/ Engineers-Civil

  • B.Tech/ B.E-Civil/ Diploma in Engineering with Work experience in Construction of R.C.C/ Steel Structures in mid-rise and high-rise buildings of 20 floors
  • Conversant with Auto CAD system, exposure in project monitoring with tools such as MS Project, Prima Vera & Revit.
  • Should be able to prepare manpower planning, Job scheduling and estimate on concrete and steel fabrication etc. Knowledge on quality aspects on cement & concrete technology.
  • Skilled in reviewing the activity of work according to specification; skilled in study of projects drawings/ layouts/ plans and follow its execution.

Sr. Engineers/ Asst. Manager Drawing Office

  • B.E/ Diploma in Civil, Knowledge of engineering of a project, discipline engineers able to develop Procedures and working instructions to support drawing office activities and ensure 100% control of the engineering drawings and data.
  • Monitor and supervise day to day operations in the Development, Engineering Drawing, Office Planning, allocation, Control and execution of draughting work in the Development Engineering and all other related works.

Engineers/ Sr. Engineers-Elect

  • B.Tech/ B.E Electrical/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institute.
  • Candidates should have experience in maintenance planning, manpower planning + maintenance job in HT/ LT in switch gear, Motors, MCC, Panels, Breakers and Transformers.

Dy. Manager/ Manager-Materials

  • B.E Civil/ Diploma in Civil specialization (MBA/ PGDMM) with experience in project procurement and contract management system & stores activities in a large organization.
  • Candidates with knowledge in ERP-MM Module is preferred.

Security Officer

  • Graduation with Diploma in industrial Security Management with experience in Security function.
  • Should possess adequate knowledge in Gate Control Systems, SOPs, Able to operate Computer to prepare Daily Reports, Gate Pass System, etc for Ex-Servicemen.
  • Fire control, gate control, vigilance, proper files/ records/ registers maintenance essential. Industrial Experience will be of more advantage.

Officer/ Sr. Officer-Stores

  • MBA/ BE/ Diploma in Civil, with experience in stores management for smooth plant operation, with exposure in inventory management, Materials receipts & issues, logistics etc.
  • Knowledge on ERP-MM Module is preferred.

Safety (EHS) Manager/ Officer

  • Engineer Civil Mechanical/ Electrical/ Diploma Industrial Safety/ NEBOSH IGH from approved institutes.
  • Experience in building Construction and handling EHS Management functions in Construction projects preferred.

Plant & Machinery/ Construction Equipment Operations Manager/ Engineer (Mechanical/ Automobile)

  • Graduate/ Diploma Engineers/ ITI Maintenance foremen in installation, Operation and maintenance of construction equipment like heavy-duty tower crane with latest computerized technology, batching plant from 30m to 200m capacity with micro-processor control or command-Alcon control system.
  • Concrete pump for high-rise buildings boom placers crawler cranes up to 200t capacity sensor paver, asphalt plant 200t fully computerized power generators up to 1000 KVA, air compressors and hydraulic pilling rings.

Surveyors

  • Diploma in civil Engineering knows to use (Top con) Total Station
  • Experience in leveling, contour surveying and Quality surveying candidates with working experience in RCC Structure prefferd.

Plumbing Engineers

  • B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Experience in HVAC and have Sufficient knowledge about the work.

Quality Control Engineers

  • B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma in Civil engineers
  • Experience in Testing of concrete and cement technology.

Management

HR cum Administration

  • MBA-HR with experience, age between 35 to 45 yrs.
  • Possessing good communication skills, and should be well conversant with HR and Administration activities of a large construction companies.

Personal Assistant (Female) for Executive Director

  • Possessing good communication skills, Presentable within the age group of 25 to 30.
  • Well versed with shorthand. With good knowledge about computer operations.
  • Should be willing to travel for site meetings & Inspections.

Estate Manager

  • The candidate should be a graduate with an MBA degree in Real Estate with experience.
  • Should be able to take responsibility for budgeting of all the services and annual expenses of each property.
  • Overall responsibility of security at all sites.

Receptionist (Female)

  • The candidate should be a graduate and should have experience. Should have basic knowledge about computers with good communication skills
  • Fluent in Regional language and English

System Administrators

  • Degree in computer science/ Management Information system (MIS) with technical knowledge preferred.

Auto CAD Specialist

  • Experience in Auto CAD. Knowledge of Revit must.

Sales/ Marketing/ Advertising

Marketing Manager

  • The candidate should be a graduate with an MBA degree in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institute.
  • Should have experience in marketing.

Marketing Officer

  • A graduate well versed in Telugu, Hindi and English who has experience in marketing club and resort event.
  • Prefer candidate of age between 22-30 yrs.

Sales Executive

  • The candidate should be a graduate and have experience in sales and marketing.
  • With preferred 'work experience in real estate industry

Marketing Communications and Advertising

  • Need Art Designers/ Web Designers/ Graphic Designers, 3D Animations and multimedia
  • Copy writer & Proof reader
  • To manage indoor and outdoor advertisements of the company.

Photographer

  • The candidate should be well versed with the photography equipments and should have done a course in photography.
  • Photographers must be skilled in using computers as well as printers and editing software.
  • Photographers who take pictures of different types of subjects, including landscapes, artifacts, merchandise, models and buildings are preferred

Support Team

Supervisors

  • The Candidate should be a Graduate/ Diploma holder with experience in supervision at building construction.
  • Knowledge of viewing the civil drawings.

Drivers

  • The Candidate should possess an HTV License, satisfactory experience of working with Heavy Vehicles at the construction site.
  • Should have control over Tippers, Tractor, Trailers, LMVs (with Badge No.), Road Rollers. 

Operators

  • The candidate should be a heavy machinery operator with experience in handling machines like Ex-200, Ex-70, JCB.
  • Should be able to run Batching Plants, like Plant CP18 & CP30 (Schwing Stetter/ Aquarius) and computerized plants.

Office Boy

  • Wanted Office Boy, 20 Yrs and above, SSC Pass, with Decent Communication Skills.

Housekeeping

  • With experience in the field of housekeeping. Should have an eye for cleanliness and should be well organized. The candidate should be familiar with the house keeping equipments and chemicals.
